Help with ParkArt

ParkArt is an opportunity for...

• the entire area to be involved and to watch ParkArt 2000, a once-in-a-lifetime experience, become a reality.
• sharing stories and contributing cut paper designs.
• children and adults to participate in this public art project aimed at fostering a love of community today and tomorrow using yesterday's experiences.
• area participants to meet and work with nationally respected professional artists.
• volunteers to learn new skills.

Be involved by...

• contributing stories and design ideas to incorporate into the final mosaic (all ages welcome).
• hosting the artists this spring and summer.
• being a core volunteer for assembly site management.
• color coding the mosaic paper designs.
• helping to break and nip tiles and to assemble the mosaic designs (patience required).
• providing muscle power for the construction site.
